Owned by Dr. Ranjisingh ‘Bobby’ Ramroop’s New GPC Inc, the Guyana Amazon Warriors squad is one of the six teams originally created in the inaugural CPL season. With five trips to the CPL final albeit all unsuccessful, the Amazon Warriors have demonstrated tremendous consistency, thus, hoping to win the title this year. However, the efficient captaincy and energetic team combination has enabled ‘The Warriors’ to become the second and first runner-up twice so far.

The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) is back and the biggest festivity in sport is set to entertain the cricket fanatics from 19 th August 2020. Last year’s beaten Hero CPL finalists – the Guyana Amazon Warriors squad is boasting the retention of a strong bowling line-up and solid team composition, this season. The 2020 Player Draft has now been completed and the Guyana Amazon Warriors 2020 has assembled the new group of players. While joining a set of young champs from the Caribbean, the Amazon Warriors has made a genuine effort to retain its last year’s successful players.
